Printing & Design
Digital printing — ideal for small batches and multiple designs, no plate fees. Offset printing — high-quality, cost-effective for medium to large orders. Gravure printing — consistent high quality for large-volume orders, up to 8 colours.
Yes. We offer complimentary layout assistance for customers with existing artwork. For complex design projects or full brand development, a design fee may apply. All costs are confirmed before production.
Print-ready AI, PDF or EPS with fonts outlined, at 300 dpi minimum, in CMYK. If you only have a logo, send it and we will build the layout for you.
Customization Process
1. Inquiry & requirements — tell us your needs, we provide guidance. 2. Quotation — pricing based on confirmed specifications. 3. Design approval — we proceed once artwork is finalised. 4. Plate making — copper plates created for gravure printing if needed. 5. Mass production — your approved design is produced in bulk. 6. Quality check — strict inspections before packing. 7. Delivery — shipped promptly after final approval.
Ordering & Production
Certainly. You can request existing samples for reference by covering the shipping cost. For custom pre-production samples, a fee applies to cover material and setup costs — and it is credited against your bulk order.
Standard production takes 7–15 working days; printed samples take 8–10 working days. We provide reliable international shipping worldwide with optimised logistics for your destination.
MOQ starts from 3,000 units for most stock structures and 5,000–10,000 units for fully custom laminated structures, depending on size and print method. Digital printing can go lower.
